OVERVIEW

Welcome to PUPZIE! The terms "Our," "We," and "Us" refer to PUPZIE. PUPZIE operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). PUPZIE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein—including our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy—describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Because we operate under a Limited Release Pre-Order model, specific terms regarding payment, cancellations, and refunds apply.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To use the Services or purchase products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing, and shipping details. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & PRE-ORDER STATUS

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors and textures may vary based on your device settings.

  • Handcrafted Nature: Our crates and pillows are handcrafted in limited batches. Small variations are a hallmark of artisanal production.

  • Limited Release: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered and to discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & RESERVATIONS

When you place a pre-order, you are making an offer to purchase under the following specific conditions:

  • Reservation Fee: You agree to pay a non-refundable $100 deposit to reserve your crate.

  • Final Balance: Your order is not cleared for production until the full balance is paid or a payment plan is initiated via the link sent to your email in Early Fall.

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline any order. Acceptance is confirmed only when we process your payment and send a confirmation.

  • Usage: You warrant that purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Due to the limited nature of our pre-order releases, our policy is strictly "No Refunds/Replacements Only."

  • No Cancellations: Once a reservation or final payment is made, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or delivery delays.

  • Replacements: We will provide replacements only for manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for ensuring all installments are met to maintain your order status.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Timeline: Shipping for pre-orders is estimated to begin in Early Fall.

  • Production: Crate creation takes 5–7 days after the final balance is settled.

  • Transit: Estimated U.S. shipping is 7–12 days.

  • Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control (natural disasters, holidays, etc.). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of PUPZIE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools (like payment plan providers) or links to third-party websites. These are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of third-party resources. Please review their policies carefully before engaging in transactions.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PUPZIE is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and PUPZIE. You release Shopify from all claims and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with PUPZIE.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and shared with necessary third parties to fulfill your order.
