Shipping Policy: Limited Release Pre-Order
Thank you for being part of our exclusive community! Please note that we are currently operating a Limited Release Pre-Order. This means we are producing these crates in small batches to ensure the highest quality for your pet.
I Just Placed A Pre-Order; When Will It Ship?
To secure your spot in our limited release, you pay $100 now to reserve your crate. The remaining balance (or initiation of a payment plan) is required before your order enters production.

Shipping Window: Shipping for this pre-order event will begin in Early Fall.

Payment Request: You will receive an email in Early Fall requesting your full payment or the selection of a payment plan.

Production: Once your balance is settled or your payment plan is initiated, we begin the hand-crafted creation of your pillow and crate.

Creation Lead Time: Please allow 5–7 days for crate creation after your final payment/plan is processed.
Note: Specific times may vary slightly due to the nature of our limited pre-order. We appreciate your patience and trust!
How Long Is The Shipping Time?
Once your custom crate is crafted and leaves our facility, transit times are as follows:

While most packages arrive within these windows, factors out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays) may cause postponements. Delivery timing is the responsibility of the shipping company, and exact dates are not guaranteed.
Will I Receive A Tracking Number?
Yes! We provide tracking for every order.

A UPS tracking link will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your crate is shipped.

Because we source materials globally to ensure quality and affordability, items may ship from different fulfillment centers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of this limited release pre-order, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. We take great pride in our craftsmanship; therefore, while we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements in the event of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
